MOT CR175-0.79 Yankee Road

An ODOT District 7 project to widen Yankee Street in Centerville, Ohio. BCS, LLC provided survey oversight, researched and developed a combination of existing and new control points to locate the multiple center lines for Yankee Street and reconcile them into a single center line. BCS, LLC also provided the right-of-way plan design between Social Row Road and Winding Green Way.  The coordinate systems were rescaled as necessary to obtain all aspects of the project on the same system based on the new control survey. This consisted of resolving 13 metes and bounds parcels and 10 subdivisions. There were seven permanent warranty deed takes, nine temporary takes and two sewer easements involved.
