MOT Smithville Bikeway

A project for the City of Kettering involving the construction of an 8 to 10 foot wide multi-use concrete bike path beginning at the intersection of Wilmington Pike and Farrington Drive to the intersection of Smithville Road and Forrer Boulevard along the east side of Wilmington Pike and Smithville Road. BCS, LLC, researched and provided titles and title updates, negotiations and closing for nine parcels including temporary and warranty deed takes.
